Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using SokoFlow. They form a legally binding agreement between you and SokoFlow governing your use of the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or accessing SokoFlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. We may update these terms at any time; continued use after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance.
2. The Service
SokoFlow provides a cloud-based seller management platform that helps e-commerce businesses operate more efficiently. The specific features, tools, and capabilities available to you depend on your subscription plan. We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features at any time with reasonable notice.
3. User Accounts
You must provide accurate registration information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the security of your credentials. Notify us immediately at [email protected] if you believe your account has been compromised. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding contracts to use SokoFlow.
4. Credits & Payments
Certain features of SokoFlow are charged on a credit basis. Credits must be purchased in advance and are deducted as features are used. Credits are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Pricing and credit bundles may change with reasonable prior notice. New accounts may receive complimentary credits at registration. Credits do not expire while your account remains in good standing.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: (a) use the platform to facilitate illegal activity or trade in prohibited goods; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or those of other users; (c) probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any part of the platform; (d) upload or transmit malicious code; (e) use the platform in a manner that causes disruption to others; (f) sublicense, resell, or grant access to the platform to any third party without our prior written consent.
6. Your Data & Content
You retain ownership of all business data and content you upload or generate through the platform. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store and process that content solely for the purpose of providing the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not infringe the rights of others and complies with all applicable laws and marketplace policies.
7. Intellectual Property
SokoFlow, its name, logo, platform software, and all associated proprietary content are protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, distribute, or create derivative works from the platform or its underlying technology without our prior written consent.
8. Third-Party Services
SokoFlow may integrate with third-party platforms and services to deliver its functionality. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or conduct of any third-party service.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
SokoFlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet your specific business requirements. You use the platform at your own risk.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Kenyan law, SokoFlow shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages including loss of revenue, profit, or data arising from your use of the platform. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months immediately preceding the claim.
11. Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance and unforeseen outages may occur. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime and are not liable for losses resulting from unavailability.
12. Termination
You may close your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these terms, engage in fraud, or if we are required to do so by law. Upon termination, your access ceases immediately. Your data will be retained for 30 days following termination, during which you may request an export.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya. We encourage direct communication to resolve any issues before formal proceedings are initiated.
